What was the defining moment that made you choose your field of study/career path?
I experienced a significant identity crisis myself at the end of my football career and realized I could be the person that I wished I could have had during that moment.

How would you describe your personality?
I am confident and unique. I would describe myself as very driven by my values which include authenticity, acceptance of others, and overall being a good human that contributes to society and others in a positive way. I am multifaceted and have several interest and skills. I played football in college, have coached football, I used to play the guitar in a band, I am an avid runner and have completed multiple races including a marathon, and I am a fan of art.
How would people who know you describe you?
Others would describe me as unique, respected, and respectable. People often tell me I act mature for my age.
What is your favorite cuisine or dish to consume?
I really love New Haven style pizza.
What is a book you love?
There is a book called "subtract" which is about attempting to remove element of a problem to solve it as opposed to adding. It was very counter to what I experience in our society where there is a constant surplus of everything.
What books are you currently reading?
I am currently thumbing through Rick Rubin's "The creative Act: A Way of Being
Favorite TV Shows/Movies?
I love darker psych movies like Se7en, Fight Club, The Usual Suspects, and anything with interesting cinematography like There Will Be Blood, Moneyball, and Lost in Translation.
Favorite Bands/Musicians?
The Red Hot Chili Peppers are my all time favorite, but I also adore Jimi Hendrix, and current bands like Inhaler, Peach Pit, and Beach House.
Do you play any instruments?
I play the guitar and the drums.
Any sports you enjoy/excel at?
I was a college football player for five season, and have become a dedicated runner. I have been naturally athletic my entire life and can pick up new sports easily.
What hobbies/activities do you enjoy?
I really enjoy thrifting, going to sports events and concerts, and going on runs in new places.
Favorite places you’ve visited or would love to travel to?
I went to New Zealand and Australia in 2019 in would love to go back.
Who are you closest to in your family and why?
I am closest with my sister because we have a lot of shared experiences and see the world similarly. She has multiple kids and I love being an uncle.
Who are the most important people in your life?
My immediate family as well as a close core group of friends that I have maintained since middle school.

I see myself continuing to manage a caseload of athletes working on their mental health, as well as consulting and training athletic coaches on counseling techniques and responses to mental health crises.

I can juggle, I am a dedicated runner, I play the guitar and drums, and can guess people's shoe sizes very accurately.
What is something you've accomplished in life that you are most proud of?
I am most proud of my college football career. I worked very hard and earned playing time and performed well when I got my chances.
What is something people would be pleasantly surprised to learn about you?
People tend to be surprised that I played football in college. I don't present as the type that someone might think was a former athlete.

I see myself continuing to manage a caseload of athletes working on their mental health, as well as consulting and training athletic coaches on counseling techniques and responses to mental health crises.
What is one change you wish to see in the world?
I really wish our country had easier access to basic necessities for those that need them. I don't like that everything is driven by money and people often get overlooked.
What are your favorite words to live by?
My favorite saying is leaving something better than you found it.
Why do you want to become a sperm donor?
A friend donates eggs and mentioned it to me and I was interested in the idea of helping a family who is experiencing infertility.
If you could send the intended parents who are considering you a message, what would it be?
I would tell you that I am really excited about the opportunity to help you achieve a meaningful gift that we have as human beings. Being a young uncle has opened me up to the beauty that is a new child. I believe everyone should have the opportunity to become a parent and I am so honored that I can be involved in that process.
